Hair Transplant

Full head of hair – the crowning glory of men!. - that is why when hair on top of the head is thinning or becoming scarce, men get worried. As the hair on the top of their head thins out or goes, so does their self-esteem; which they feel slowly ebb away. If you are looking for a permanent solution to this problem, hair transplant is the answer. Hair coming from the back and from the sides of the head becomes the donor areas for this procedure. Hairs from these donor areas are usually resistant to or are not affected by the male pattern baldness and once they are transplanted to the “crown” of the head, they retain their characteristic resistance to male pattern baldness. There are two ways harvesting the hair and its roots from these donor areas. One is by cutting out a strip of scalp from which hair follicles is individually or/in pairs are cut away before being transplanted to balding areas. The other way is by using a machine which extracts the hair follicle either singly or in pairs, directly from the scalp, without necessarily cutting away scalp and stitching the two edges back together to close the wound defect.
